TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
The following conditions of sale apply to the sale of clothes and cosmetics and other movable property of FIDE Handel och Import AB, corporate identity number 559059-0302, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the above and the customer. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Website, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. When selling to consumers we apply mandatory regulations imposed by applicable laws. The website (www.isnad.se) named hereinafter ISNAD.

 
PRODUCTS AND PURCHASE
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, although that is our main goal.  All orders are made via the website ISNAD. When ordering agreement of purchase is made when ISNAD has confirmed the order through an invoice email. Once the customer has placed an order ISNAD can not change the order, return policy is applied.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our products are usually shipped within 24 hours from our storage in Sweden. The shipping cost is calculated according to what country the customer wishes for her package to be delivered. Shipping costs can be viewed in customers cart when making an order. Our goal is to always deliver within 48 hours in Sweden. However, we do reserve our delivery time to 2-5 working days. The shipping time to countries outside Sweden is 5-15 working days. Free shipping applies in Sweden when the customer places an order of 99 SEK or more. It is the customers responsibilty to fill in the right information when making an order. Carefully inspect the information you fill out before completing an order. 
If a customer makes and order from Sweden and chooses not to redeem ordered products, the customer is charged a handling fee of 299 SEK. ISNAD reserves the right to exclude themselves from all claims for reimbursement from the customer for delivery delays. ISNAD is responsible for risk during transport to the customer, that is, the risk that a product is damaged or lost during transport to the customer. The customer bears the risk when returning to ISNAD. The customer has the responsibility to report any transport damage to ISNAD after arrival. ISNAD invites the customer to report the injury as quickly as possible, for the smooth handling of the case. At a transport damage, the customer must contact ISNADs customer service e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. During transport damage, the customer does not use the product and the customer must keep the product's packaging, so that the whole package and the product can be inspected. When making an order from outside Sweden the customer sign agreement to settle any later arising fees such as import customs fees and taxes.

When returing a product we thoroughly inspect it on arrival. We will not be able to accept your return if the following criteria are not met:

  • The item must be in unused and unworn condition
  • The item cannot be damaged or show marks of wear and tear
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and all the accessories you received
  • All the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals must still be attached
  • Packaging and delivery method you are using must be safe. ISNAD does not accept liability for products that are damaged or lost on their way back to us. Please, keep the certificate of posting.
 

NOTE: You have to bear the cost of returning the product. However, in case you would like to have the item exchanged, we will ship the replacement free of charge.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of parts that are tailor-made according to individual requirements.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
 
ISNAD reserves for errors in information and errors in specifications on any items in ISNAD's selection of products and services. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed as a illustration of the product's exact appearance and characteristics. At any inaccuracies in the indication of stock status, ISNAD reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, and to change or update information. We hold no obligation to update information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except that what is required by law. Accordingly ISNAD is not obligated  to provide a specific product if it has has expired or for any other reason is not available with the observance of reasonable efforts.
